Q: WHAT ARE THE CURRENT/REGULAR OPERATING HOURS?

A: Effective 05/01/2023, our new hours are 6pm-1am Tuesday & Wednesday; 6pm-2am Thursday - Sunday; we are closed on Mondays. Please follow us on Instagram or Facebook for most recent updates! *Note: Our Hours, Rates, and Menu are subject to change.

NEW! Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY HOLIDAY PROMOTION THIS YEAR?

A: YES! For the entire month of December 2023, we are offering the Holiday Kama’aina Room Special! Our Kama'aina can receive 20% off any room rental Sunday through Thursday when you stay a minimum of 2 hours. Must show a valid Hawaii ID please. (Note: Valid Sunday through Thursday during normal business hours, excluding any Friday & Saturday). Please show your HI ID upon arrival to your server and mention Kama'aina Room Special.)

Q: CAN I REQUEST TO MAKE A RESERVATION THAT IS NOT DURING AIR PARK KARAOKE LOUNGE’S REGULAR OPERATING HOURS?

A: Yes, private party requests outside of our current business hours can be accommodated for any special occasions as well as company events, there is a $300 minimum spending requirement (only for parties outside normal operating hours). We can also accommodate large group sizes anywhere from 30 to 180 people, especially for private events, special rates apply for very large groups. Please email us directly for pricing and to check on availability.

Q: ARE MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 ALLOWED IN AIR PARK KARAOKE?

A: Currently we allow all ages all night from 6pm-closing on Sunday through Thursday (closed Monday), and 6-9pm on Friday and Saturday. From 9pm-Closing on Friday and Saturday, we are age 21+ only. As a friendly reminder, when there's a minor (age 14+) present with you, only non-alcoholic beverages will be served in your private room, guests over age 21+ can come to the bar area to enjoy alcoholic drinks in this case.

Q: WHEN IS LAST CALL FOR ALCOHOL DRINKS AND ROOMS?

A: Last call for drinks is 45 minutes before our closing time and glasses-up is 10 minutes before our closing time. Last call for a room is 1 hour prior to our closing time. So please arrive at least one hour before closing time, i.e. please arrive by midnight on Tuesday or Wednesday, and arrive by 1am on Thursday-Sunday.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

A: Outside of business hours, you can make a reservation via our website here by clicking on "RESERVATION" at the top of the page and filling out the required information. During business hours, you can also call to make a reservation. Booking in advance is highly recommended. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to room availability.

Q: IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS? AND HOW DOES IT WORK? WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: Reservations on Fridays & Saturdays require a credit card to hold it. Please give us at least 48-hour advance notice if you must cancel, otherwise a cancelation fee will be charged (fee is half of the total room rental booked). All reservations are first-come, first-served basis. *Our Cancellation Policy is subject to change, please ask our staff for details when calling or emailing.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE FOR MY RESERVATION?

A: We do our best to accommodate parties running late. However, if a party arrives 15 minutes past their reservation time and it is considered “no call, no show,” we reserve the right to use the room for another party so that they can enjoy our activities. Please call us at 808-591-8292 if you know you’ll be running late.

Q: ARE WALK-INS OR LAST MINUTE CALL-INS WELCOME?

A: Last-minute walk-ins or call-in reservations are acceptable and will be accommodated if space permits. We recommend calling before you head over to our location to ensure the availability of a room.

Q: ARE DRINKS INCLUDED WITH THE PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOMS and WHAT'S THE ROOM RATE?

A: Drinks are a separate cost from the private karaoke room rental charge. See our “Menu” page for pricing. We currently have six different room rates: $35/hour for up to 5 people, $45/hour for up to 7 people, $60/hour for up to 10 people, $85/hour for up to 16 people, $95/hour for up to 20 people, and $110/hour for up to 25 people. *note: 18% auto-gratuity will be added to any party of 5 or more.

Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM DRINK PURCHASE REQUIREMENT IN A PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOM?

A: There is a minimum of 1 drink purchase per person requirement (for anyone age 14 and over), either alcoholic or non-alcoholic. If the party has minor(s) age 14 and over in the room, only non-alcoholic drinks will be allowed in the room. Any children under age 14 are required to be accompany by a guardian.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE DRINKS?

A: No, we do not allow any outside drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic (including water). We have a stellar beverage list for every budget. Any outside drinks snuck into our facility will be confiscated and not returned, so please follow our rules. Aside from a full-bar, there are specialty non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. We also offer tap water at no charge.

Q: DO YOU SERVE FOOD?

A: We know that food is a great complement to our activities! We currently have a platter menu provided by Ichiriki. However, outside food is still allowed. We have limited utensils and plates for purchase, so we encourage you to bring your own if you have outside food.

Q: CAN I BRING IN PARTY DECORATIONS?

A: You’re welcome to decorate the room with balloons and banners to highlight your celebrations and activities. No party sprays, confetti, glitter or any small/sticky objects are allowed. Please respect our facility. A cleaning fee will occur if rules are not followed.

Q: IS THERE PARKING?

A: There is a paid parking lot behind our facility (Monday - Friday $2/hour, Saturday & Sunday $6/hour). There are also plenty of street or meter parking on Piikoi, Hopaka, Kapiolani Boulevard, Pensacola and Queen street. See the map on our “Location” page. Please follow all parking signs and rules.
