PRIVATE BUYOUT PACKAGES (50+ PEOPLE)

Package I: Venue Rental

  • $500 per hour
  • Minimum 3-hour buyout
  • $1,500 for 3 hours
  • Additional hours: $200 per hour
  • Accommodates up to 150 guests

Package II: Venue Rental & Beverage Service

  • Venue Rental
  • $900 for 3 hours
  • $100 per additional hour
  • Hosted Beverage Options (2 drinks per guest)
    • 50 guests: $800
    • 100 guests: $1,500
    • 150 guests: $2,200
  • Beverage menu provided in advance
  • Open Bar Option
    • $50 per guest

Package III: Venue Rental, Beverage & Catering

Includes Package II, plus curated food offerings:

  • $20 per guest food catering
    • includes 3 appetizers plus up to 5 choices of a selection of chicken, beef, fish and shrimp dishes
  • $30 per guest food catering
    • includes 5 appetizers plus up to 5 choices of a selection of steak, chicken, rib, beef, fish and shrimp dishes
